The doors opened, Lucas had cleared his throat as he looked at the two. To Ari they seemed fine, but to Edwin, flames burned within them. He looked away as he looked at Ari and bowed at her like any servant would, only this time it was Lucas. "Sister, the carriage to the ships are waiting, along with your bags" He stood erect, and continued to speak, only this time his words were targetted to Edwin. "I expect, your horse is ready as well" The noise that escaped his lips sounded very spiteful, but they continue to flow out anyways. "We won't be waiting for you if not" "Yes, Prince Lucas, my horse is indeed well prepared, do not focus your worries on me your highness" Lucas puffed out, as if extending his chest to make himself seem the most strongest out of the two, and bowed a farewell to his sister as he parted out of the door. Edwin lowered his head as he threw a saddle on Sindhi, petting her lightly. He sighed as he looked at the princess one last time before asking her to leave.
"I'll be at the ship, I don't think its wise to make your father wait young one. I'll be seeing you shortly"

Ariesti looked at Edwin as he requested, more-so told, her to leave. "He wasn't going, last I knew..." She muttered then reluctantly turned to walk back towards the castle. "I wanted to ride with you..." She mumbled under her breath and resumed walking. Lucas always had a nice gift to ruin everything. "Onboard... I wish to be with you." She called out as she looked back at him and Sindhi Fae once more. Sighing softly, she turned and walked on.
"You know I hate carriages." Ari told Lucas as soon as she stepped into his vision. Her eyes, as usual, were hard. "But... I guess I'll take this time to get to know the Prince of Treset." She spat out. "What the Hell does father and yourself see in me marrying him?" She snapped at him.

Lucas had ignored her statements about her dislikes, he knew he rubbed on her on the wrong shoulder perhaps it was brotherly, sisterly love but in the end he still wanted her to be one of Forelock's best queens. He walked on, his feet connecting the grounds after every footstep as he lead the princess to her carriage, within the carriage was the prince of Treset whom was awaiting for her. In the other carriage was Lord Hades, and Lucas's. They would follow them, as Edwin would be riding his horse along side. He helped her inside and from her last question from earlier before he replied to it, his eyes burning into hers.
"A better kingdom"
With that said he watched her sit down and closed the door. His eyes turned to his carriage as he himself entered it and sat down. Nexus was across from the princess, his eyes pointed outside as though searching for something. He said nothing at first as though aware she hated him, he didn't blame her, a forced marriage wasn't easy. Especially to someone such as herself. He wouldn't ask, he knew they needed to talk eventually, it was just up to her to decide when the perfect time to break the ice was.

Ariesti sighed softly as she sat in the carriage. Her eyes glanced over Nexus every so often, but she always avoided looking at his face. She reached over to the window with a half-gloved hand and pushed the curtain back. Light flooded over the small area and she stared out at the land. It would be easy for her: she could go the whole trip without talking to him. To further her thought of not talking to him, she ran Lucas's comment to her: 'a better kingdom'. She suddenly growled and glared directly into Nexus's eyes.

"I know you're displeased princess, and I am aware you don't enjoy my company much" He stated, his eyes still looked away from her, as brushed his dark hair away from his face and continued to stare off into the distance. He smirked as his words would sink into her, they would send chills to almost anyone, even her, and he knew it. He was a handsome man, though much of him was still unknown, minus his mother and where he was from. The man bore a lot of secrets. and he held them with much pride. His dark eyes turned to look at the lovely creature before him. "And though we know little of each other, I am willing to form a partnership with much freedom involved my beloved"

If possible, her eyes hardened even more after her body shook slightly from his voice. She didn't like him, one bit. Treset was one place she disliked, she even liked Azriel more than Treset! "Never... call me 'Beloved', Prince of Treset... You know nothing of me, and I know nothing of you. You have no right to call me such words!" She snapped at him. "I am merely being used, and I won't stand for it. I will not marry you, nor form a 'partnership'." She explained harshly. Her lips were set into a grim line, pierced together.

"If it were my decission, it would be quite simple I want that as less as you, but this is the wish of our parents...who am I to argue?"
He asked as his eyes shifted out the window again, the man seemed sincere enough, but there was much yet to be discovered. He swallowed as he laid back, his arms crossing one over the other, and he began to grow more bitter than before, groaning under his breath. He swallowed hard but ignored her attitude, it was evident to see he was intolerant of attitudes like his. He wouldn't allow it, not towards him.
"So Edwin...as he been a servant in your court for a while?"

A smirk pulled at Ariesti's lips as she examined his reactions. "I don't see why such information you're requesting should be known to yourself. I find that that isn't any of your business." She simply replied back. "But... if you must know, yes.. He's been in service for us... for as long as I can remember... he always watched after me since I was small..." She laughed softly and looked back out the window. "He's the one that always brings me back home when I run off... I just hate being trapped inside... and Phantom Forest is just so beautiful and relaxing." She giggled, then looked him over.

"The Dead Forest of Treset is a replica of it, they say that when Cyllaron shook into it 5 forms, the forests couldn't bare to stand apart so they made an oath in being the same form" The man was informed, it was clear. "There are many things about Forelock and Treset that match, however; Treset gave birth to Esfrodante, it was once a Continent of warriors, before the darkness came into power" He instructed, as he sat back, and laid is back against the window, raising the other foot onto the seat, he knew she hated him, but by hearing the woman speak of the forest he knew perhaps showing her would, consider him at least as a friend. "...I could perhaps show you?"

Suspicious. She was a little suspicious of him; how would he know that... not even she knew that and she spent plenty of time in that forest. "That would be nice." She replied and looked at him. "What else do you know about Cyllaron?" She asked softly and sat up a bit more. It was something she was always curious about- why they broke up as they did, what inhabitants were on other continents... everything cause her attention. Edwin had often laughed and called it her weakness... Ariesti simply called it a fascination to expand her knowledge. "How does 'darkness' come into power; it is but a state-of-being... it has no actual physical being."

"The Darkness isn't like what you Forelockians know as a dark spots, this is a curse, an evil brought upon us from a far, perhaps something that Cyllaron itself had disapproved of, it cast the one place well honored through it all into a state of depression, the darkness can swallow the most purest of people and turn them into evil...it corrupts souls, and its why most places are being trampled by vampires, werewolves, even the undead, its a curse that Cyllaron as cast the most noble of people. We are all a dying bread in Cyllaron, and the darkness is our enemy...it swallows even the lightest of continents, and though I hate to say it, it won't be long before it swallows Forelock, I've seen it done...and I sense its power growing stronger, it won't be long before we lose all of Cyllaron. It grants the greatest people of Cyllaron to change into the cruelest being of our world" He insisted as he looked at Ari for a brief moment before changing his story, "Did you know that Treset has its very own army of darkness? Sure we've been taken over by its shadows long before your father took over, but with its evil energy we were able to control our own army of the undead, those who've died in combat, and long to battle some more have formed their own alliance with us, and welcome their aid if need be"

Ariesti simply sat and listen to him explain. "So... that's how they all came to be then? Vampires and werewolves, I mean." She stated rhetorically. "Do you worry that something will happen to you or your mo-- the Queen?" She asked softly as her eyebrows came together in a small form of concern. "And I can't say I knew that... I don't know much about any of the other continents... I... barely know about Forelock.. I'm held prisoner in my own castle... remember?" She laughed softly; sarcastically, then frowned. "At least you have the ability to wander about and explore..." She huffed and began to play with the ends of her hair out of boredom. Once more, her eyes turned and gazed out the window- this would be the closest she would get in seeing Forelock: from a window in a carriage. "Is it true Rosplayn has many creatures?" Ariesti inquired, her eyes looking back at him with a glimmer of curiosity.

"I do worry about my mother, but what can I do? I think the darkness as slightly begin to take affect on her too, she's been growing more and more into the corruption of Forelock...no offence. But your father isn't the hero he once was, and by Rosplayn and Treset falling into his power its pretty clear to that...as for the Rosplayn creatures...its true, most in which are still left undocumented or undiscovered." He smiled, as he looked at her, his dark eyes shimmering, he combed her black hair back as he continued to fill her mind with knowledge about the areas. "You can often find pixies there, dragons, griffons, so many creatures...its by far one of my favorite places to visit"...

"I would have to agree with you about my father.. and it's because of all that that I wouldn't want to become a ruler... I don't want to have to clean up his mess... but Lucas... i think he loves it..." She muttered softly, then got up and sat next to him. Ariesti stayed silent for a few moments, then smiled, "I want to see all those creatures... any of them. They all sound so... enchanting. Have you ever met a vampire? Is it true what they say about them? That they're all heartless and cold murderers?" She asked, her eyes slightly wide. "And what about dragons? Have you ever seen one? Are they really big? A-and the griffons, what are they like?"

"Griffins are friendly creatures, don't stare them in the eyes and they are great companions, as for dragons, I've only seen them flying around other than that I've never actually got the gutts in facing one dead on. Vampires..." When he had quoted the creatures name, it seemed as though it had struck a spark within him. A small glow glimmered off his pale skin, it was clear he was compelled to these creatures, for what reasons however, was still a mystery. He smirked as he looked at the girl, "Vampires are nothing what the court and books tell us, they have feelings, and are like mortals...they feel pain, feel sadness, fear...even love" He said his eyes meeting hers. "Few Courts don't allow them living such as yours, however, most of them are slaves, they're definitely not a respected bunch...but when I do become king...if I do, I plan on putting a stop to this ill treatment, they are people just as you and me"
